Group session (3-6)

60 minutes: $150.00 split between participants

Nutrition counseling

30 minutes: $100.00

1. **Assessment and Goal Setting:**
   - Conduct a thorough assessment of the client's current dietary habits, health history, and fitness goals.
   - Understand their dietary preferences, any allergies, or specific dietary restrictions.

2. **Caloric Needs and Macronutrients:**
   - Determine the client's daily caloric requirements based on their goals (maintenance, weight loss, muscle gain).
   - Educate them about macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, fats) and their role in a balanced diet.

3. **Meal Planning and Timing:**
   - Develop a personalized meal plan emphasizing whole, nutrient-dense foods.
   - Advise on portion sizes and the distribution of macronutrients throughout the day.
   - Discuss the importance of pre- and post-workout nutrition.

4. **Hydration:**
   - Stress the significance of proper hydration and its impact on performance and overall health.
   - Recommend a daily water intake goal based on individual needs.

5. **Supplementation (if necessary):**
   - Evaluate the need for supplements (vitamins, minerals) and recommend accordingly, if diet alone cannot meet nutritional requirements.

6. **Nutrition Education:**

Youth training 13-16

60 minutes: $30.00

1. **Assessment:** Evaluate the youths' current fitness level, skills, interests, and goals.

2. **Goal Setting:** Establish specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals for the training plan.

3. **Exercise Routine:** Develop a balanced routine including cardiovascular exercises, strength training, flexibility, and agility drills tailored to their age and abilities.

4. **Nutrition:** Educate on proper nutrition to support their training goals and overall health.

5. **Rest and Recovery:** Emphasize the importance of rest days and adequate sleep for growth and development.

6. **Consistency:** Encourage regular practice and consistency in their training schedule.

7. **Progress Tracking:** Monitor progress regularly and adjust the plan accordingly to ensure continuous improvement
